Part Exchange is available on selected sites and selected properties, subject to Part Exchange service conditions. We reserve the right to decide whether or not properties are accepted for the service.
Agency Scheme
Helping you to make the right move with three simple steps…
• Step 1
You pick a new home
Pick a beautiful Anwyl home of your choice and sign-up for our Agency Scheme by placing a refundable £250 deposit.
• Step 2
We assist you to sell your home
We will arrange for a valuation on your current property and agree a selling price with you to help sell your property quickly. We will work in partnership with an approved estate agent to market your property free of charge.
(Should no new buyer be found for your home, the £250 deposit will be fully refunded)
• Step 3
You can now buy your dream Anwyl home
When we’ve successfully sold your home you can now buy your chosen Anwyl Home. (Once completed, your Agency deposit will become your reservation fee for your chosen property)
If you do not sell your property or decide not to proceed with our Agency Scheme you will be liable for any Estate Agents fees incurred.

Q - What is it?

A - We place your house on the market with a local agent and pay the estate agents fees for you when you purchase one of our detached 3 or 4 bedroom homes.
Q - How does that help me sell my house more quickly?
A - We not only monitor the progress of your sale every week, we also hold details of your house in our Sales Office, so creating another outlet for the sale of your home.
Q - Sounds Good! – How do I get on the scheme?
A - Just come along to see our Sales Negotiator at the sales office to decide which house style would best suit your needs. We will then include your name on our register of prospective Anwyl Home Buyers.
